Nick DiGiovanni: From MasterChef Finalist to 6.6 Million Subscribers on YouTube

You’re already a huge success on YouTube when your video channel has a million subscribers. But then you’re still not at the level of Nick DiGiovanni, who has more than 6.6 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. A lot of these videos are quite short, but then again, Nick is probably more known as a TikTok star.

But that’s not all he is, or else he wouldn’t have been able to get that many subscribers to his videos. Sure, he’s a good-looking young dude, and that certainly helps if you want to be a video star. But he’s also been a finalist on MasterChef. In fact, he’s the youngest MasterChef finalist, as he was just 21 years old at the time.

He is famous enough that even Selena Gomez has invited him onto her cooking show. But then again, he has made lots of terrific videos and even broke a Guinness Book of World Records by helping to create (with Lynja) the world’s largest chicken nugget. He also broke the Guinness World Record for the most fast-food restaurants visited in 24 hours, along with YouTuber Lynn Davis in New York on August 10, 2022.

What else? Well, he got listed at #24 in the Forbes 30 under 30 (Food & Drink) in 2021. Nick also won the YouTube Streamy Award for Food in 2021, and the Webby Award for Best Overall Creator in 2022. He’s been mentioned in Harper Bazaar and Good Morning America.

He’s actually kind of geeky, and that’s obvious when you know his background. He graduated with top honors in high school and then got his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University. And if these weren’t enough, MBA from Harvard Business school. Yet he’s also a sailing and hockey enthusiast and was part of his high school team for both sports.

Check out his videos—if a nerd/jock can cook this well, then so can you!
